Ive got a 91 teg and the accesories on the panel are not working ie:hazard lights,defrost and the cruise control ive already checked all the fuses in the box under the hood and the drivers side im out of ideas any suggestions??
did they just stop working? Or did you just buy the car and then found out they don’t work?
I don’t know why they would be connected, but look up from underneath the dash and make sure their connectors are attached.
they didnt work when i bought the car,ive pulled apart the dash and checked all the plugs im wondering if all those things are on the same circuit or something??maybe its a servo i really dont know??
Does your horn work? I know my cruise didn’t work when the connectors on my horns broke off because of the way they’re connected to each other. But if your horn works, you know it’s something wrong with your controls. If it doesn’t work either, there’s GOT to be a fuse gone or somebody just cut a whole pile of wires…
Check your rear def fuse again on the fuse panel under the dash.

Aw crap, I just remembered that in my case, the light on my cruise button still lit up when I pressed it… but cruise wouldn’t engage when I hit the set button. So that won’t help ya much. But still, check that fuse again… somethin’s not right…
the horn works fine,none of the lights in the switches work but i dont think that all of the switches are bad i mean whats the chance in that im thiking about order ing that electrical troublshooting manual on the back of the owners manual
Double check the fuses under the hood… there’s a 20 Amp fuse (I think?) in the fuse panel which may say “Brake light”, “horn”, or “Cruise” on it. I know when this blew, my dash instruments were messed until I got it replaced, although they are “supposed” to be on a separate fuse.
If it’s not a fuse, pop the switches off to make double-sure they’re plugged in…
