title says it all. ive come across these carbon fiber sunroof panels that are bolt on for the dc integra.i havent been able to find any for a da. nor have i had a chance to get a up close look between my 91 ls sunroof and a 94+ sunroof. so will it fit or is it not going to work ? i hate my sunroof i never use it.so its dead weight to me. does any one know of a panel to replace the da sunroof ?

ya see im was looking for a easyer solution to get rid of my sunroof. i never use it. and well im all abotu shaving weight from the car…
Oooo, whoops. I didn’t read the last part. All you would really need is a square piece of sheet metal and an extra non-sunroof equiped headliner. Remove the headliner and all the sun roof equipment. They are probably bolted in there. Then basically, have the sheetmetal cut to size, welded in, smooth out the welds, primer the section, and have the roof skin resprayed.
…That or, If you can remove the whole roof skin… Remove all the sun roof equipment, then remove the roof skin and go pull another one without the sunroof from a junkyard or somewhere. Have it painted, and install it. Voilla
seems like it would be alittle more work then i looking for… when i get the time and money togather to have my car painted. badge holes filled, rust and dents pulled. i will do the sunroof at the same time…since i cant weld and ive hard ot really hard to get new paint to match 16yr old paint…
