Does anyone who has replaced or done any carpet work, know how to remove the ( insert obsenity here) dead pedal foot rest?
I have ordered a new carpet kit for my ‘93 G2, and can’t figure out how to remove the dead pedal, thus impeding my show-car deadline. Any help would be greatly appreciated in the form of a post or an e-mail. Thanx’

You undo it from the inner fender well on the driver side. Outside the car…
Thanx for the tip. Why would the engineers at Honda place the hardware in such an obscure location? Oh well, it comes out tommorrow and the custom carpet/ ultra-leather interior is born! Stay tuned!
