Hey guys, this problems really been irritating me. My Alpine deck worked fine until last month, now it has problems. When I play a cd, it plays for a while, then it just freezes then displays an error message. When I try to use the radio, I can hear the antennae motor, but no sound. Also, when it does this it doesn’t respond to any input. Connections are good, fuses are good. Help!
Oh, and the radiator fan doesn’t turn on. Everything else works just fine, headlights, interior lights, clock etc., all works.
Sorry to tell you sir, your deck is shot. Most likely due to an internal error of some sort on the deck. Radiator fan not working is most likely unrelated.
