Default i want power windows and looks for my 90 rs integra

hey guys i own a 4 dr rs integra 1990, i want to convert it into an ls i want to switch it to power locks and power windows .would it be hard what do i need to do just switch doors and fiddle with a few wires plz help i need some advice !

get a haynes manual or something, u’ll want the wiring schematics. it’ll also be much easier if u buy some doors that have power windows n door locks on it already. u’ll have to wire up from the driver door - fuse box, driver door - passenger door. u’ll also need to get a power windows relay that goes in the top right. and a fuse and stuff. if u really feel that its worth doing, get the manual and the parts first. there’s some threads already on here about it, just try doing a search in the electrical section, u’ll have to skim thru some threads, but FCM will most likely be the one thats helping out on it. but that manual will be ur main source of info directions.

hey i was just thinking what if i bought the doors that came with power window and locks already ,that would make life so much easier then right. so what else do i need? i have a 4dr 90 rs integra

buying the doors would make your life the easiest but when doing so try to get as much of the wiring harness from the door as possible. also the power locks have a small computer under the dash that would be needed as well. i just converted my ls doors to gs door… going from power windows to power windows and locks still had a good deal of wiring to do. definitely definitely get the wiring diagrams, you will not be able to do this without it. good luck - justin

hey not trying to thread jack but my car USED to have power locks and windows and the idiot changed to manual so would buying power ones (doors) fix this without having to completely rewire? thanks!

^^^^ Yea if al the wirirng is still on there you should be able to just plug them in and be able to have power locks and windows.

Yea, if he left it all there you can just plug and play. But remember, maybe the dink did it for a reason other than simplicity…check all your wiring and clean the contacts while your in there if you go forward with the plan.
