not sure so not gonna say yea but when the car ran it was fine i just drained all the coolant i know its gonna need to be flushed out. i was gonna reuse it but i decided to upgrade while i have the motor out ill let it go $10 bucks if u still want it.

Nov.1st is right around the corner and I cant wait. I’m almost like a kid on Christmas that I cant wait.
I’m still going to try to make it, I may be starting a new job on that Monday but I am going to try my best to make it, which I think I will.
Im bringing my G2 but you may not see it again for the next meet because I am in need of some suspension work and I hope that the guys that are able to make it up there are able to give me some pointers on what needs to be done. But other then that problem my car is good to go.
It still has its original paint!!! Haha

I do plan on attending, but will be making a few stops to families in the area (and keep an eye on my car) to throw any potentials off my trail. But if they are constant, I’ll make my way home, (which my residential address is not linked to the tag on my car) but will bring the undesirables to the local precint and inform the locals.
My pistol will be ready if the local authorities cannot assist me and I will come home and put the car in the garage!

dfwblackls mentioned the 13th of next month for the next meet and also maybe it being more in the afternoonish and there might be photoshoot of all the cars that will come the next time at a different location not far from where we met, but thats not set in stone yet.
i thought that it was cool that everyone showed up.
operator and dfwblackls also gave the new guys ( me and other people ) some rules to go by.
no racing and no drinking coronas from taco cabana or anything from taco cabana
bigjimslay your car had to be the best one there, its obivious you have the most money put into your car

I’m not sure I’s say Big Jim has the MOST money to put into his car, but it is definitely his pride and joy. 
I would also say he puts the money he can into the right spots for his car, and it really shows. I am really digging it now that he is getting more of a sleeper look.
I can only hope to get my car looking as nice one day.
As for the next meet, the 13th is off for me, I found out today that I am going out of town that weekend.
I would hate to push it to the 20th, as that is too close to the holidays. What about the 6th? That would still be a month from now.
If we can do this in the afternoon, say around 4-5pm as a start, I can get some decent pics of everyone’s car. I can’t do 200+ shots per car, but 10 or so per car, with a “entire meet” shot, would be doable. Maybe by the next meet I will have my 40d, that should make life easier when it comes to auto focus in lower lighting. I have no had time to look at the pictures from the last mee yet, hopefully sometime this week. (DFW, I am not slow, I just have a life is all.

By far one of our finest turn-outs thus far, and looking to make it grow for the '09 year. The regulars as myself, were close to giving up hope on the meets and were considering on discontinuing the meet.
In the past, all because people see that there are only a certain number of G2s that attend, do not attend the following meets and feel that it is not a large enough event to come back to.That mentality tarnishes the credability of what we are trying to do, and that is to celebrate the G2 and meet with those that relate to what we like, share ideas and news about the make of our car, and become more knowledgable on all things G2.
Once again folks, it does not matter how the condition is of your G2, whether you are stock, show, daily commuter, full race, etc, just please make time to join us so that we can keep the G2 legacy alive! Whether its 4 or 40 G2s in attendance, lets roll into '09 with some great particapation!
