Did all 1990-1993 USDM Integras come with intermittent wipers?

Did all 1990-1993 USDM Integras include intermittent wipers? I know sometimes Honda likes to leave features like that off the base model cars sometimes.

Ill check my parts catalogs to see if there is a non-intermittent stalk when i get home
