did any four doors come without power locks?

did any four doors come without power locks? I am trying to replace my 4 door interior and want to do away with the power locks. Can’t find any interior shots of peoples door panels without locks.

As far as I know they all have power locks. I have yet to see one with out. Any reason to not want it?
