Is there a difference in the internal structure of the gas door from a 1990 and one from a 1992?
I just picked up a black gas door and it didn’t fit my 92 at all.
Or is it just different cars different door?

so it just doesnt fit or does it not stay closed? cause the part that hits the pin to keep it closed looks to be bent
also does it say sk8 or sk7?
a 4 door and 2 door gas cap isnt the same. make sure you didnt get a 4 door one by mistake
well, its kinda hard to explain. Let me try. I received the product in basically new condition. I tried to bolt it up. When I did this, it would on its highest possibly bolt setting, close very low in the gas square. It just didn’t line up correctly. I tried bending the hinge to make it close better, and it did, but it was still very low and not a good fit whatsover. I took the old door, and in two seconds I was able to put it back on and make it fit perfectly.
Its sk7 by the way, both doors are. But the hinges are slightly different looking.
The new door also said “k8” on the hinge, whereas the old one did not.
ah okay, Just had it explained to me from the seller that it was a 4dr fuel door. Damn, okay guys, I’m back on the market for a 2dr Black gas door! Mint condition please…
its a little dirty but if u want it ill clean it up i work at honda as a detailer. its in very very good shape. if u want to see it all cleaned up just let me know. btw i am parting out a 93 white teg auto.
I may be interested if I cannot find a black one.
