disassembling DA front seat headrest

I am trying to disassemble the front seat headrest on my DA to clean them in the washer. But only thing I see a zipper on the inner circle of the headrest. I have pulled it apart half way and dont see any way other then to pull apart the zipper to removed.

there shoulf bee a plastic flap on the bottom. undo that and then you can just slip the cover off
