Do 1 peieces bolt right in or do u have to mod them?

Yeah, he’s right. They DO bolt right in but you will need to cut off the old connectors and solder the new ones on.

but you have to take off your front bumper to remove the USDM brackets.

okay I got this one question, Is it possible to get a universal male/female connector so you can unplug the 1 piece and plug the old 3 piece one w/o cutting wires or splicing?

i’m not sure if i understand your question, but the way it’s set up, i believe there isn’t a way (at least not an easy one) around cutting the USDM wires. the harnesses are different.

I don’t believe there’s any adapter available but hey, this ain’t brain surgery! :roll:

Ya, real easy… put some universal male connectors on the JDM and USDM sockets and some female connectors on the wires in the engine bay, this way, you can switch them as you like! (you simply have to replace the socket and connect the one you need to the car’s wires.)
