Do I need a new ECU?

Hey, i’ve been in limp mode for a while. My CEL is one single red light (no blinks, no dashes). I figured it was a Code 10. I got a new Intake Air Temp sensor and its still not working. I reset the ECU (took out back up 7.5 for 10 seconds), and to no avail. My next assumption is that it needs a new ECU? Any one have any input before I shell out the money?

did you jumper the pins to get the CEL code? or are you assuming that the solid check engine is a code 10?
