do I need to uprade headlight wire harness with these ebay h4h bulbs in my one pieces

i might buy these bulbs for my one pieces. i just got the conversion harness from password jdm.On the sellers website, it says that upgrading the wire harness is strongly recomended. first of all.is the conversion harness considered an upgrade? and will it be safe to run these bulbs?

If you do not want to splice the connector manually, the conversion harness is fine to use

I see no need for 60/55W for a wire harness upgrade
