does a civic d15 alternator and dist. work on a b series motor?

im doing a crvtec swap in a 92 hb, can i use the hbs stock alternator or obd 1 dist? i dont think i can, thanks

i guess i will need the tegra shift bars, or linkage and what else foe a bseries drop in hb? thanks
