Does anyone have the Covercraft brand mask?
Or the hood bra by Lebra
I could not find any pictures or reviews of these on an Integra.
Those brands have been around a lot longer than eBay. The ones I’ve seen before all fit fine, they just don’t have the logos on them like the OEM and usually have the smoother look to them (OEM has more of a texture to it). I’ve seen OEM ones on eBay for about the same prices, too.
i had an Brand New OEM hood bra on my car, and i loved it. the downsides of having an OEM hood bra is trying to find one in good condition, also keeping it in good condition is even harder. the OEM hood bra tends to sag after only months and gets more and more worse over time. if you look at other g2 cars on this website that has the OEM hood bra…you won’t find one that fits tightly w/out sagging unless the hood bra is brand freakin new.
i think with the aftermarket ones…they won look as nice as the OEM, but will outlast in regards to looks. when i bought the car, the previous owner had a LeBra on and it was on it for over 5 years(i knew the previous owner since i was 12), dirty has hell but had no sags at all…wish i had pictures of it on the car when i first bought it.

week 1
week 4 to 7(as you can see…it’s starting to slightly sag)
5 months(you can see the OEM bra loosing up…i had to use extra tie cords to pull the bra tighter and note: this was not the reason why the bra sagged, it started sagging months before)
what i did to help pull the OEM bra tighter
