Well, its a Stanley part so most likely its an oem part for some honda/acura. Its not oem on integras though. Look how crookedly its installed on the bumper. Definately not how Acura would have done it.

They look to be tail lights from an old Honda. I’m looking on the net to find the car right now,but its a very small looking Honda that’s ugly as hell.
those are definitely rear sidemarkers from some old car. you can tell by the design and chrome trim. however, nice oem rear lip!
