I bought my teg a year ago, and i noticed the door panels near the ahndles are leather, the front seats are leather the rear seast were leather and the 1/4 panels had leather on them. I was curious if anyone else’s teg came with leather interior stock.
i never heard or seen 90 g2’s with leather interiors. must of been a special option or swapped from a gsr.

i know someone with a 90 integra with stock leather interior its tan all leather front and back seats, there all fu(ked up though he wanted to trade me for my stock seats, my car would look funky, teal integra with tan leather seats (lol):vomit:
Thanks just curious, I’m planning to replace all leather with heavy cotton. Change ing interior to blue and black cloth no leather, at all.

My 91 gs 4dr came with black leather
As we speak, I’m redoing my interior in a 1976 280Z, i just bought, changing from tan to all black. and repainting and restoring the body.
you might jus have a synthetic leather if the inserts (pieces on doors and quarter panels) upolstery shop’s often include those pieces when thier customers want to redo the seats… black leather of course…
might not be stock at all, but jus a 200 dollar interior set.
what color are all the panels…

I had a Friend who owned a 90 Gs and his car had a full leather interior just like yours. Its also had a stock leather armrest which i never knew Acura made till i saw his. His door pannels were also black leather but i think the previous owner that had the car got that done. Never seen another Teg like that.

Well i took apart one. basic design, The guy before me, used hot glue to reattach the inserts when the glue was failing. I’m going to calla upholstery shop and see how much to have this design duplicated.
Well I called an Auto interior shop, and they said to swing by and have them look at them it shouldn’t be more than 30 bucks a door for the fairly small insert. I plan to redo the rear 1/4 panels also, I might go to a Junkyard and but the inserts and redo them at home.

The driver and passenger side leather inserts are shot. The asshole before me painted everything a teal blue, don’t know why. I know the leather in the rear 1/4 is good. The driver side and passenger side leather seats are shot. I thought leather was durable and strong. I’ll post some pics.
