I ordered a clutchmasters stage 1 clutch from them…pretty please since it was sent to me within 2 days via UPS ground. got it put on for $250 and they sent me the wrong stuff. The preasure plate won’t fit in the housing so I went without my car for a week when it was supposed to be a day. Ended up having to buy locally at an outragious price ($423) for some zoom? performance clutch…anyone ever heard of it? Well anyways Nopi’s lost me as a customer now…and now I have to try to get the extra labor back that I was charged. If your thinking of buying stuff from NOPI…I wouldn’t recomend it.
yeah, i’ve also never had a problem with nopi. they have always shipped me the right stuff and it is at my house in two or three days. nothing broken or wrong pieces. just must have been a mistake…
Just remember we are all human. The mistake may have been upsetting but remember it was a mistake. The key is to support the Company and you will get alot more done, talk to them and let them know about the trouble it caused. They are fricking huge, you dont get that big by messing up…
yea I take back most of my statement now…they called and I had a nice chat with one of the guys. It turns out that the shop that I went to are a bunch of dumba$$'s. They are the one’s who messed up. But nopi is giving me my money back for the clutch. Now all I have to do is get the extra labor back. May mean taking the shop to court. well see what happens.
