door light is on

all the doors and hatch in the bacc is close and i still have the door light on at my gauge.how do i fix this or just turn off the damn door light on my gauge very irriritating.thnks

Does your dome light stay on? Probably a problem with the little switch in the door jam.

Those door switches go bad all the time. If you remove them and push the harness back into the hole you will never see the dash light again (what I did).
Greaing the senders may work, but replacing them is the best answer.
