P/N 72450-SK7-023 Molding Assy., L Door $ 60.50

You have to remove the mirror and door panel assy to replace it. There is one screw behind the Mirror on the outside. There is a screw at the back inside of the door frame behind the door panel. Don’t over tighten this screw or you will make a nipple dent in the new trim piece!!!
