total crap. only get skunk2 or groundcontrol. you will not regret it.

also please do a search next time

hhmmm

well XDEep, I disagree with you. I dont think that they are “total crap”. I have them and I would say that from a 1-2.5" drop features a very nice ride. Anything lower and it gets rough and bouncy. But, who would want their car any lower than that anyways. But yeah, they arent “total crap” and for someone who wants to lower their car inexpensively and not go too low, then I think they are not a bad investment. The spring rates are I think 450 front and 350 back. They are printed on the spring which I thought was unusual. Just my .02.

thanx alot woody, damn some good info , haha im thinking about getting a pair, i found them at www.groupbuycenter.com for only $69.99 plus around $25 for shipping. thats pretty good. I have a kit so i can only lower about 2.5 inches. Hey woody what are the brushings made of, and are you riding on stock shocks? thanx again.

hey bro, not a problem. Anyways, I rode with them on stock shocks for about 5 months and it wasnt that bad. I had it lowered 2" and the ride was not bad at all. I did a lot of freeway driving and it was very nice. Then, I put Tokico blue’s on and it rode even better. The tokicos seemed to smooth out the ride over small hard bumps. As for bushings, I didnt use them. But, they came with rubber bushings ( i dont think you need them IMO). Hope this helps.

woody92 have you ever ridden on other springs? im thinking you dont have others to compare them to.

ive ridden on neuspeed race/stock shocks, eibach sportline/stock, dropzone/stock, sportline/agx, dropzone/agx, suspension technique/stock, st/monroe, st/gr2, maxspeed/stock, maxspeed/monroe, skunk2/stock… and dropzones were the worst. stiff/hard. neuspeed races were next, but not so much stiff/hard but very firm.

yeah, I have ridden on maxspeed springs with stock shocks, maxspeed coilovers with KYB AGX’s, Eibachs with stock shocks, GC with koni yellows, and Comptech w/stock shocks. My drop zone’s IMO were not “total crap” compared to them. Yeah, the might not perform as well as the other’s, but we’re talkin like $70 bucks. Im not tellin the guy to get them cuz they are the baddest springs on the market. I am simply statin that they are a good investment for somebody who wants to be lower than stock and who is not rich and does not have a disposable income which can be spent on outrageously over-priced lowering springs.

It seems very funny and often absurd that people in this age put so much on their vehicle’s. I was always under the impression that a vehicle was strictly used to get you from point A to point B. With all the **** happenin in the world, its just so retarded how ppl so much time and energy into such a materialistic item.

phew…little off topic. sorry

woody

oh yeah, and I am just giving the guy my opinion. You gave him your’s, and then it was my turn. We all have different impressions on things.

Thanx both of you guys for you input, yea woody is correct, most of us are not those rich guys that can afford those overly priced items. i jus need to lower my car cuz it is damn ugly right now. 3 inch wheel gap is terrible. haha i think dropzone it is for now and in the future sum better ones. hey woody did you install it yourself, and if u did how difficult was it for you? thanx

i ended up getting used eibach sportlines for 80bucks =D
i believe they are guaranteed not to sag overtime. for the other brands you might wanna check on that before buying them used.
