ok if i swapped out my old b18a and stuck in a b20 with my built head would i be faster? im asking becuz i think the the compresion maybe different on the b20, and what extra mods would i have to do to make it work, PLEASE, my block is dying you guys
are you talking about your b18a head on a b20 block? hmm… You’d have to get a new intake manifold the b20 IM is kajunga. i know theres so research at www.crvtec.com but tha’ts for vtec motors.
ummmm, why do i need to use a b20 IM? will it work on my b18 head? why cant i use mine, woud a skunk 2 IM fit then if i got a b20 block, does the motor mounts match up

Ok, the b18b/a heads are identical if not the same as the b20b/z. Read this for the intake manifold differences. You should use your b18a/b intake manifold ok the skunk 2 made for those heads. Motor mounts do match up. I (with help) just replaced 2/4 on my b20 G2 with the stock ones.
