Ebay N1 4.5 catback

http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250900158338

I bought this exhaust because of 3 reasons

  1. it was cheap 130$ shipped.
  2. it had a resonator
  3. the style allows replacement of the horizontal muffler

The issues I had with it were that the mid pipe was about 4 inches too short, had to weld in a piece of pipe.
All the hangers had to be moved or bent to fit properly
This cost an additional 95$ to have done at a shop but they did a fantastic job on it.

I’d say this exhaust was well worth it if I had known what I was getting into and didn’t figure it out after trying to install it, it would have been great if it just fit.
As far as the bad rep for ebay sound I’d have to say it isn’t true at all, I haven’t heard many exhaust sound half this nice, it’s perfect, not loud at all, even with the silencer out I doubt I will get a ticket, it doesn’t buzz or anything, just a deep tone.

Good update to the info and addition to threads already made.

Appreciate the experience you’ve told to a cheaper alternative catback exhaust.
