ebay trunk lip!?

was browsing ebay looking for a new lip for db1 and came across this trunk lip for us 4door guys, ima order and it see how it looks! heres the link if anyone else wants it

I had one of those a while back and there are a few members with them also. You’re gonna have to trim it a little because they are a 1/4 inch to long

You can trim it with a razor blade. It comes folded up, so leave it out in the sun for a while to let it relax.
Also, don’t peel all the two sided tape backing off and try to stick it down. Cut a slit in the middle, pull about an inch of the backing away, align, pull a couple of inches of backing at a time and stick it down for good.

Clean!! Any more pics of that? And is that the the first link or second link lip?

The one I got was just black rubber, no paint. I painted it myself when I shaved the rear badges

yea i ordered mine painted, figured couldnt beat paint for like $10 more…and mines going on a 4dr

well got it today, extremely dissapointed, guess ill mount it on my fish tank cuz its about 7-8 inches too short!! they did a great job on the paint tho lol

if i centered it, it was 3-4 inches too short on each side, posted it on craigslist, looks like its gonna sell today, i was so excited to have a trunk lip, guess i gotta save for the real one lol

well just sold it to a guy in an 95 4 door, fit his trunk PERFECTLY! i was upset lol

Funny, mine was two inches to long (usually what the ladies say) had to trim it.

and i forgot to mention, the 4 door who bought it was a civic. lol…idk ill just wait a bit longer and get a real OEM lip since most my parts are real oem parts anyways

I have the first lip on my DB now. It looks good, i just wish it was about an inch taller.

Its about a 1.5 too short on each side. (thats what she said)
