Just recently I knoticed that sometimes when I shift hard (usually 1st to 2nd) or even brake hard, my ebrake light briefly comes on. It’s nothing major, I’m just wondering what could be causing it
Your brake fluid is starting to get low, or the brake fluid level switch is on it’s way west, probably the fluid level.
The brake fluid level switch is in the brake fluid reservoirs cap.
It is possible that it is the hand brake, [ebrake] switch needs adjusting, to test it, lift hand brake, if indicator light comes on as soon as you move the handle even a little, it needs adjusting, it should not come on until handle is almost at the first ratchet stop.
