ecu chipping kit question

if i wanted to chip my p30 ecu with crome or uberdata, would this be the correct kit? also, does anyone know any websites with good information regarded either one of these, because pgmfi.org is down i’m pretty sure. thanks

EDIT: also, would i select surface mount in the ecu component type option, because its a jdm ecu…? sorry if these are stupid questions i just want to be sure
