I installed the ef rack with this kit awhile ago. but i noticed that when i put the joint between the steering wheel and the rack, only one hole lined up. i cant even stick the other bolt through. does any body have a solution to this? its pissing me off lol

bump anyone have a solution for this guy i don’t have a da i can look at to see what the hell is going on with his, can you post some pics?

Could I use the ef inner tie rods? With integra outer tie rods?

Did any one use their stock bolts for the rack? I only used the alignment washer and the bushing.

I’d use the bolts from the kit just so they have more threads to hold on with other wise stock bolts only have about 5mm of thread that actually make it to the bolt hole with the shim in place.

I had the same question before until I purchased a set of DA inner tie rods for comparison. The DA inner tie rods are approximately 1" longer than the EF inner tie rods. So I replaced both the DA inner and outer tie rods on the EF rack.

So you put DA inner/ outter rods on the EF rack? How did that align up?

da6YO, yes I installed the DA inner and outer tie rods on the EF rack. Everything lines up fine. I have an extra set of DA outer tie rods for sale if anyone needs one.
