First off many thanks to Dan for the original design of these bushings. i wouldn’t be making them and you all wouldn’t be getting them if not for his designs.
Parts are in production hoping to ship by this weekend 3/19 or so.
The parts list has been modified slightly from what Dan was producing, I finally found a good source for aftermarket hardware. The kit will bolt up fine its just a cost saving thing, the bolts are still Grade 8 and zinc plated for rust protection.
OEM hardware costs $19 or so with shipping if you want it I’ve listed the price accordingly.
I will have 36 set ups ready to go by this weekend so if you want them let me know.

At this time i will not be offering ES bushings to go along with it until i can find a better source to get them from. Sorry guys but 30 days is just too long to wait for them to come in.
first bushing is almost done gonna send it out to Dan tomorrow so he can check it out. hopefully get word by friday about it, so i can have material monday or tuesday then going full production. i’ll post pics later
gonna order the material in the morning i think, gonna go with a slightly different grade of aluminum but it will still be just as strong if not stronger, just an easier source for me. going to check with my guy for the ES bushing costs right now i should be able to post a definite price tomorrow or wednesday and i’ll rewrite the above list for whose getting what and take the people that haven’t responded off. making 18 sets for the first run so keep an eye out.
Upon further research it’s identical to the stuff I was gonna get before 6061 t6511 it’s just tubing instead of solid rod it’s about $1.50 more per piece but much worth the manufacturing time it will save me
I need to get my confirmation from Dan, but you should be able to cross me off this list. Turns out he had an extra set someone flaked on so he offered it to me, I sent him money on Friday. As long as the flaker didn’t pay before me, then I no longer need a set from this thread. I’ll keep you updated as soon as I know. Sorry for the confusion.
