Ok guys I’ve gotten a few emails in the past week about these, and my dad is back from his trip. I’m not sure how much material we have left over from the first run but I know we have a few pieces that are about 50% done and enough of the bar stock to make probably 10 more or so. I’m going to make a list here and email the people that have been in contact to post here as well so I know exactly how many I need.
If your interested please let me know asap looking at next week to ship some out. I won’t be offering poly bushings just the conversion and hardware $50 shipped anywhere in the U.S. Canada/Mexico I believe was like $65 for the extra in shipping.

90-93 Integra Energy Suspension Power Steering Rack Bushing Set Part # 16.10103 call ES directly to reduce wait time cause I just checked Amazon and it says ships in 2-5 months lol. Guess its not a very popular bushing.

Well I sent you an e-mail a while back, but you never responded. It’s 50 shipped in the US like you said, and obviously we’ll need a manual EF steering rack. Now what is this about the Energy Suspension bushings?
part # is above for the ES bushing. not required unless the factory one is shot but always nice to go to something stiffer. I don’t include them because it takes about 30 days to get it from the time ordered.

Now I’m gonna use an HF rack, that way later I can use the Quaif kit. Now I’ve been looking in lots of threads about how to make this work before these bushings were made. Does this still require a shim of some sort? Or those this kit take care of everything?
shim to adjust the angle is included along with new hardware. Throw a new oem or poly bushing in there if you want to and its good to go. I believe you need Integra inner/outer tie rods but other than that its pretty straight forward.

they’re always in stock, received mine in a couple days…
right now i have the quaife rack & pinion kit already installed in a HF rack with brand new moog inner and outer tie rods w/ ES bushings and boots all waiting to be installed…

wow never heard about them would of been the ideal place for me to order from but at least now you guys have the info.
Parts will be ready to ship in the morning sometime, I work third shift and sleep till about 12pm est so if anyone pays before then I’ll make a trip to the post office when I wake up.
