Ef rack which bushing? and need shim

So Im gonna be putting an ef rack in my da real soon! I know I need the shim is anyone selling one? Also what energy suspension bushing do I order for the rack? For a da or an ef?

I would assume the bushings ordered would be for EF. When I bushed my rack all the bushings went on the rack itself.

Yea that’s what I was thinking…also do I use da tie rods?

Bumppppp

i would assume so, as long as it threads on the ef rack then you should be good. be sure to keep the lock nut off the back of the tie rods when switching them over…

[search] I have done this mod and there is a big post on it. The DA bushing is going to be too big to fit around the EF rack. The EF rack circumference is smaller than the DA rack. You can do one of two things, use the bushing within a bushing method (use the EF bushing inside the DA bushing) or use a billet “sleeve” to fit around the EF rack and place the urethane bushing around the sleeve. As for the tie rod ends, it does not matter which ones you use. I used the DA because they were still in good condition. You also need to shim the two bolts that connect the rack to the crossmember to get the right angle and prevent binding.
