eg front fork on a da

will eg forks on a da mess up the chemistry of the suspension? i have eg forks on my da and seem to be getting random problems from the drivers side and didnt know if it was the forks.

The car I bought had eg forks and it was so dropped they the axles were eating away at the forks.

thats what im getting to cause my car had da forks and long story short ended up with eg forks… i bout coilovers to fit the eg forks and went just as low as i was with the da forks and now im having problems…

just change them out like i did. i do miss the teins that were on the eg forks thou.

or just grind the area of the fork(s) that is rubbing. it’s only gonna be like a mm or 2

alright well thanks for the advice!

It’s weird. Sone have problems, some don’t.
I have eg forks and slammed to the max and have
No problems with rubbing at all.

Like others stated… Just grind them down if it’s a prob.

EG forks: the only difference is that the diameter to hold the shock is bigger. Also the EG shock is longer, you would want to get extended top hats to prevent bottoming out on the shock. Other than that there is no geometry issue or taking the proper set up out of whack, until you introduce lowering. I actually have a set of EG forks as back up if I ever find shock set up that I could get for decent $$.
