EG short shifter

mkay my buddy is selling me his eg short shifter, and i was wondering if that would work in my integra…

some people might say its a dumb question but im being serious.

need help.

is there a difference between an eg and Da short shifter…
thanks guys

Welfare so you think it’ll fit cause I looked at it and it looked the same but I just wanna get I to trouble of putting it on and getting messed up and ending up putting all the pieces back…

usually the generic ones are pretty universal. but you should get a second opinion though. i’m sure there’s lots of information on it out there

yeah they keep closing your thread because there is a lot of info on this already here

No they keep closing it cause it’s on the wrong forum. I’ve searched everywhere and I can’t find it, so obviously people havnt talked about it that much.
I just need someone that’ll tell me that the short shifter from an eg will work for my da. If you know this please let me know.

Thanks

the correct answer is “YES”

88-00 civic stock shift levers are the same as 90-93 integra stock shift levers

NOTE: unless you’re using the DC(94-01 integra) shift linkage/shift lever.

88-00 civic and 90-01 integra short shifter will fit.
except the fact that people keep saying that the single bend is most recommended for the da due to the cable tranny but nothing beats a good looking dual bend.

Well my car is all stock so I’m pretty sure the shifter would work fine then!

Thanks guy
