So while my car was buried in snow I cut up the EK side skirts that i got at the junkyard a few weeks ago. when I finally got somewhere there wasnt snow, I put them on and they came out pretty good. my junkyard lip kit is coming out not too bad, next is doing the accord rear lip to finish it off. I like how it looks with the mud flaps also, next on the agenda is putting in the H&R RACE springs in bc its wayy too high
a good strait side shot would be better but looks pretty good:up:
Kinda hard to get a good side shot cuz I took pics wit my cell phone and can’t see the skirt good in the shade, but thanks, 1 day at a time its getting a lil better
Looks good. What did you use to mount it?
Thanks
I just used self tapping screws for the rocker and had to use a zip tie for the rear of the driver side cuz there was no metal to screw to due to rust, yay for the northeast. if your in the far rockaway area then you can check it out
did u also use double sided tape and how did u put the tape on if u can post a close up pic thanks cuz im thinking bout installing some myself
Ill take some pics of it later.
k thanks
here are some of the pics ppl requested, side shot (not the greatest from the shadow) and the way i mounted it. I just used self tapping screws with washers. the screws are pretty secure since I been driving around through this ridiculous snow of 25 inches and its all good still
Did you add an extension piece on the front lip? Also did you blast a hole to bolt the sideskirt at the bottom?
yeh i added lil extension pieces on the front lip, i probably am going to do a accord lip eventually and i used self trapping 1/4 inch screws so it holds pretty good. I have hit snow banks and they dont budge so im happy.i just used the holes that were already there
