electrical problems short in fuse box

i have a 92 gs
i had my fans rigged up at one point to a switch
i was getting the power from the condenser fan fuse
one of the wires running from the switch to the fans was cut somehow and making contact with medal in the engine bay these wires are now removed
now when i try and unlock or lock my car with the alarm it doesnt work
the seat belt warning thing on the passenger side under the dash by the ecu makes a loud buzzing sound when i put the key in the ignition
when i hit the brakes it stops buzzing
when i try and lock or unlock the doors with the electric switch under the driver side dash it makes a buzzing noise pretty sure its the power lock mechanism
all the lights in the car are dimmed
the car will not turn over
radio will not turn on
condenser fan will randomly turn on when screwing around with all that other stuff
i have visibly checked all the fuses under the dash and in the engine bay all checked out fine
dont have access to a meter
no cels
no clue as to what to do next ive searched and found nobody with the same problem
any help is much appreciated
thank you in advance

so ive just gone and checked a few more things pretty much nothing in the car works except for dash lights and the overhead lights but they are dimmed
if anything does somehting at all its either buzzing or beeping and wont stop
until key is removed or i hit the brakes which seems to cut power to everything

Check your grounds, start with the batt. clamp and batt. to chassis ground and the chassis to engine ground.

The batt. to chassis ground is under the batt. tray, remove batt., remove batt. tray, disconnect the chassis ground, clean the chassis ground terminal and the grounding surface and reconnect the chassis ground, do the same with engine ground.

Check the batt. charge, it sounds like it may be low.

Check your dash harness grounds, most are on drivers lower “A” pillar, around fuse box.:corn:94

checked and cleaned the grounds didnt change anything and im waiting for jumper cables
if the problem was a low battery
why would it cause all the electrical mechanisms inside my car to make weird noises that i have never heard
example my alarm is tripping normally when i lock the car it beeps once, it will continues to beep until i try and unlock it then it just stops the beeping and disarms the alarm but doesnt unlock the doors
all the mechanisms are seeming to be like this making weird noises until i either counter act what i did or disconnect the neative cable

A low batt. can cause those kinds of “sounds” not enough current to run those things properly, especially the alarm or anything it controls, low current will “latch” the alarm,
When you "counter act what i did or disconnect the neative cable " you de-latch the alarm.

If you have checked/cleaned you main grounds, check and clean/tighten your main power connections, batt. cable at both the batt. and the starter motor and engine bay fuse box, alt. lead at alt. and engine bay fuse box, make sure main fuses in engine bay fuse box are screwed down tight.

Lets see what happens when you get the jumper cables.:corn:94

thank you for your help i appreciate it very much
im am getting cables tommorrow and i will let you know how it goes
in the mean time i will clean all those connections

jumper cables did the job
thank you fcm and again i apprecitate your help
