im going to take my car for emissons and i have crower 403’s i was wondering what do i set them to. To pass emissons?

i’ve heard that the 403’s pass here in cali. If they pass in cali i’d think they pass just about everywhere else too. Does anywhere have stricter rules than cali??

yea i have 403’s and i adjusted the idle because it would stall out. when i didnt have it adjusted. do u mean adjust it how it was before.

G2teglife, you had to adjust the idle up so the car wouldn’t stall idling right? What’s the idle rpm around? 700-1000?
Up here in the 604 area, we have hella strict rules on Emissions!! All my 604 brothas can relate to our Aircare bullsh*t! I’d say we’re about the same when compared to Cali… or so I’m told

i’ve heard that the 403’s do lope a little at idle (depending on how they are tuned). but that can be fixed by messing with the cam timing and maybe fpr. All i know is a guy from down here (san diego) had the 403’s in his teg and was able to pass smog.
Yeah, we got my brother’s DSM smogged with HKS cams too in CA 
We all know how that happend 
yea its idles at 700 rpm most of the time but hot days and when the ac is on idles rough.
