Tried super clean on it with a mothers PowerCone and it didnt work. It still has a lot of little black and white spots all over it. Tryin to get that clean bare aluminum look. Any suggestions?

some kind of heavy duty degreaser will work well. Castrol Superclean has always been nice to me. Simple Green is another good one.
Use either of those, and a power washer to get the bulk of it off. Also, for fine spots, it never hurts to use some elbow grease and a toothbrush or scotchbrite pad, lol.
I used superclean and a pressure washer and it cleaned the dirt off but it still has these nasty black and white spots. Almost looks like the aluminum is oxidizing. Tried to polish it too with no success.
High heat paint worked for me. Made my brothers motor look like it just came from honda.
De-greaser and a brush. I can guarantee that you won’t get the ‘brand new cast aluminum’ look by hand cleaning or pressure washing. Soda-blasting is the best way to clean the outside of a block.
yeah, if you want it quick and easy, just clean as much as you can, and just paint the motor. high heat aluminum looks okay.
If you REALLY want it clean, completely disassemble the motor, and have the block and head hot tanked. do some zinc coating on all the nuts/bolts, etc.
THEN you will have that “straight from Honda” look.
^ Even hot-tanking it wont get it fully cleaned. My head was soda-blasted and my block was just hot-tanked… Quite a big difference in the finish.
Soda-blasting FTMFW!!!
