the other week when i put my headers in my friend reved the car up and the engine rocks back when reved kinda hard. Is this normal or do i need new motor mounts or something?
Also I didn’t install the little hanger peice that connects the header to the car and it makes a grinding noise (maybe cat heat shield) is that what is causing the noise or could it be a exhaust leak?

if the engine rocks a lot, one or more of your engine mount are bad… get them checked!
also, I would connect the little hanger piece to the car if I was you… If you don’t wanna break your header and have to buy another one!
