ES bushing install QQQ

Im going to attempt to install my ES bushings and I was wondering if I would be able to do it with this press?

12 TON SHOP PRESS
Working distance: min: 3-1/4" - max: 28-1/4"
Width between channels: 16-3/8’’

My questions are is this the correct press for this job, and if so is it enough tonnage? I Know that it can be done with bolts and washers or torches, but I dont mind spending the $$$ if it will make this BIG job little easier.

thanks

help! I tried to edit the topic so you guys would actually look, but it just changed it inside the thread…

That looks about right. How much is the press?

You would spend less money on taking the pieces to a machine shop than buying a 200-300buck shop press. It will do the job. Unless you spend on pressing things out everyday, I would save your lira and just take the pieces to be pushed out. You can push the new bushing in with just a vise.

hey thanks for the replys! I have never taken anything to a machine shop before… do they do it for you while you wait?

Cause this is on my daily driver…

I could prolly resell the press afterwords, and if not then hey I have a press for future suff?!?!?!

EDIT: its only $119 shipped and there is a Harbor Tools retail store almost directly across the street from my apartment
