Hey guys what’s going on.
Anyway, I just had a new rear motor mount and ES inserts installed
Front and rear.

Yes, the car now shakes/vibrates like crazy.
It is a world of diffrence, I kinda hope the new mout and inserts soften up just a tiny bit. But I love it.
It is solid as a mofo, and the engine is stiff as a mofo,
The engine is much louder, but very very deep due to the sound now enetering the inside of the car/body.
I do think they are great, however, it vibrates like crazy
Take your steering wheel and push and pull hard and as fast as you can and thats about how it shakes. for my 90 integra rs.

Unkown to me and many other member of Honda-Tech.com
The ES Inserts kit you buy comes with an extra set of inserts,
These inserts fit an Honda Accord.
We do not know why these were included with the 90-93 Integra inserts.
Even when I had these installed, the shop asked me about the extra set
They also said “these look like Accord Inserts”
So to this day. I am un sure why they come with the DA set.

so how much did it cost you to have the shop put them in? I really think I need brand new mounts all together, but honestly I don’t want to spend the 200+ dollars.

Well my local shop is privete opwned, with only the owner and one other worker,
he has been a Honda Tech master at the dealer ship for 27 years
4 years ago he started is own honda shop.
He has a Civic with a Imported and built DOHC Vtec (I dont remember the engine code)
and has installed a JRSC and he uses only name bandparts.
He charged me $150 for replace the rear mount, and install the inserts in the front mount.
he has a shop and he had to take off the crossmember along with many other things,
he also tightened over 10 loose bolts and installed new ones and even fixed my upper left motor mount/bolt.
So for me It was $150 + tax, and he and his only other worker spent 4 hours on the the whole thing. And he has a shop and two very nice lifts
The rear mount took him 3 hours,
He said it was hard to do.
and the front took an hour.
The inserts are think and he had a machine to open the mount so he could fit the mount W/ insets into the realy mount (carmount)
lol just call some local shops and ask around.
I’d try to find a shop that only works on Hondas/acuras

upperleft mount was $95 and I didnt check the front mount, or the tranny mount, I didnt replace them two.
