I couldnt seem to find the older threads to add my info so here it goes.

Car : 1993 Acura Integra
Model : GS-R
Motor : High Compresion LS/Vtec
Header : DC Sports JDM 4-1 With Test Pipe

Scale of 1 to 10:

Loudness while accelerating slowly - 5
Loudness while maintaining cruising speed - 3
Loudness while at WOT - 8
Loudness on Interstate - 3
Loudness while De-Accel - 6

Has a little sag towards the rear of the midpipe. You can get the angle of the muffler itself from this pic.

hks hi power is the one. i got it on my 90 gs with a high flow cat. it’s not even that load. actually pretty clean sounding, no farting.

I’ve been waiting to see someone post something on the Hi-Power. I have been considering it for my DA. I really like the way it looks, and if it doesn’t “fart”, even better.

So what is a 1 and what is a 10 on your loudness scale? Need sound clips too.

Hands down the best exhaust on the market for our DA’s!

I still havent heard a better sounding exhaust! Only reason I got rid of it was because I went 3"

Alot of people are wondering if the piping goes underneath or over the rear axle. Do you have pics?

Over the axle. I love my HKS. Sounds great, runs great.

The wheels are Rota GT3’s repowdercoated ALL white.

what is the biggest size you can get with an HKS? because right now I only have a “fart can” and I want a full exhaust now but still would like for my DA to be loud but with out the farting noise.

bigger isnt always better… just stick with the standard size HKS makes… its not quite 2.25" its like 2.20"

This and the Buddy club are the only ones that tilt. I really like the fitment of this, came with all gaskets and hardware. I love this exhaust.

Once the car is up agian, I will try to get a sound clip.

If you want a catback with a can that has a VERY nice tone, this is the one to get. nothing but good compliments from me!

The Tanabe Racing Medallion is 60mm and the canister is tilted as well.

From what I read, the minor difference wont matter unless you are trying to make a shitload of power.

I know the test pipe is 2.25, but what is agood size outlit?

anyone got a sound clip of this on their teg? I listened to it on their website but it was on a RSX and a S2000. The s2000 sounded sick but the RSX sounded kinda farty. Anyways…I would love to hear what this sounds like on a gen2.
