Has anyone experieced this and if so how did you fix it?
My exhaust vibrates, and has enough movement to the vibration that it is hitting the LCA mount for the Rear sway bar. This makes an annoying rattle, and eventually will wear through the exhaust. I have tried adjusting the rubber mounts for the exhaust and this helped for about a day and then the rattle was back. Its not constant, but often happens when I come to a stop and the engine drops to an idle.
Your thoughts and insight are greatly appreciated, and yes I did do a search on exhaust vibration. Thanks
ZIPTIES my brotha! Use black zipties to tie off your exhaust to something on the underbody. Use the ziptiesto tighten up the rubber hanger, endless possibilties. It will go away with some patience and some investigation.
i just installed a midsection and a muffler and my exhaust was ratteling against the floor board so i put a piece of rubber between the two and it seems to help alot.
