You’re going to spend a lifetime finding someone with a full kit in red that’s willing to trade, you’re better off just having your kit painted to match your car. Hell, you said you’d be willing to pay for shipping - shipping a full kit like this would be expensive. Might as well put that $$ towards painting your kit, it’d take a decent chunk of the cost.
it’s worth a shot. i figured somebody in the world would have a Black DA w/a red kit…
i wanted the color of the kit to be as original as possible (keeping in mind that the paint is somewhat aged and faded.)
for anybody who has followed my build thread, i found a XSi hood and trunk in Rio Red, and the paint match was almost perfect.
I’m in no rush to paint my car+the kit. just going to hang tight and see how this post goes

most kits i find are white btw. seems like white is more common

It took me 11 years to find a complete kit. Best of luck finding one in your color. Just to give you a glimmer of hope watch the movie Wild Things, near the end there is a quick shot of a red G2 with the factory kit.
