So I’ve changed my mind on my choice of swap after seeing so many b20v swaps on here. I’m now looking at trying my hand at the “g swap”. I plan on using the f20b bottom end and an h22 head but keep my ls tranny. Andbody have any insight on this swap?
its already hard doing a h22 in our cars why go futher with the f20?
not much info but I would assume its just like the h22a swap.
money, power, labor, time …h22 > f20.
double post
Your looking at the h2b setup bro, youll need b series mounts, qsd h2b kit, bseries axels, fly wheel , clutch and b series axels done
Da6xsi, sry bout the double. I suppose the full h22 would be a better option. I just want something other than the b series swaps everyone else is doing. I have the man power to get the H Swap done. I want to rebuild one before it goes in though. A stock swap just won’t do.
your going to find more aftermarket support for the H than the F, also if your itch is a uncommon swap then allow me to draw your attention into the world of Kswaps and never look back. really no point in all that money and time in something as old. there’s a good small hand full of guys that have a fully running k swapped DA.
I think there might be a post on it, and it was requested to have a separate section along with hybrids & aftermarket.

Id love to go K series but its a little out of my budget at this point. I’ve driven a few k swapped EF hatches and loved it but its a little pricey yet for me. Id rather do the H and put the money saved in a good suspension setup.
