Suspension Techniques front and rear sway bars.
for the track i set the rear shocks at full stiff. it makes the car quite neutral.

ive always wondered, why do people tape up their lights while racing. i see some people do and some dont.
is ur stock seat comfortable and does it support u good enough for this?

the tape is so that when a rock gets kicked up at 100mph and cracks the lens, it doesnt shatter and go all over the ground.
yes, the stock seat is supportive enough, but if you are seriously looking to do it more often than every once in a while, i would suggest upgrading. you get a better feel of the car with a better seat.
