Figured I'd Introduce Myself

Hello everyone,

It said I could introduce myself here so here I am. Name is Jarrod. 23. Live in Virginia of the USA.

I currently have a 92 GSR that has seen better days. It was my neighbors originally, then my brother got it about 6 years ago. It’s been neglected and I recently acquired it from him. He recently had my first nephew.

About myself, I’ve been into ‘hondas’ since I was 16. I had a B16 swapped 95 Civic that I thought was the fastest thing on earth… haha. I then moved to a ‘eg’ hatchback. I ended up doing a b16 turbo in the car. I learned a LOT from this car and it was probably my favorite car. I also built a 00 Civic Si after the hatchback was totaled, not my fault. I did a turbo setup in that and built a B18c5 from my 98 R and put into it as a fun daily. While I owned the Si, I had a theft recovery 98 R. I had plenty of setups in it but the most fun was the last setup, it was a b20vtec that made 230/157whp with AC on Skunk2 Stage Twos and a DTR header, of course I had support mods for that too. Sadly, I had machining issues and parted ways with the car at the end of last year.

Now I daily drive(well my actual daily is a Geo Prizm, haha) but I have a 2006 TSX. White with tan interior. I have the euro R grill/lip/badges and it’s on coils with a set of 18" Te37s.

Anyways, I figured since I’ll be looking at a lot of knowledge on this site, I’d contribute SOMETHING to it. Haha.

As for the GSR. The car is sitting on four jack stands, no front end, paint peeling off the roof, a built LSVTEC in it that made 205 but broke a valve-spring, wires everywhere, no suspension, a set of JDM 1 pieces that need restoration, no rust, no interior. I have all interior. I am in the process of wire-tucking the car for ease of working on it later. I’ve removed ABS already and put the lines in. For now, I’ll run factory brakes untill I can get another 5lug setup(every car from my hatchback till this one has been 5-lug). I’ll be running a cheaper suspension, Function/Form or the likes. They ride nice. The interior is my last address as I’ll be sorting out all the wiring and fuel lines that I’m rerouting. Oh, as for wheels, I picked up a set of rebadge Kosei K1s(they have Buddy Club Stickers but say Kosei on the casting). I’ll be painting them tennis ball green. It’ll look great on the Aztec Green.

It’ll look even better sitting next to my TSX

Anyhow, hello. Sorry for the lengthy intro. Anyone care to share a NICE wire-tuck thread specificly for our cars? I’m actually looking for ideas of where to put the fuel filter. Car will be fully functional and I’ll be using it as a daily for when I dont want to drive the other two.

Welcome pics???

I shall get some up in a little bit.
