Finally Dyno tuned my car!

hows the tone of the v2 in there?

Super deep and aggressive!

Didn’t know where else to put this but I got new wheels!

Genuine? Either way they look good man.

Seeing the three DA’s with the Hiro/PR wing pop up lately is making me like them more and more… Hrm.

Oh I just posted in your thread on NWP. Good shit.

looks way good.love the black n gold

Haha thanks man! Yeah the are legit 16x7 TE37’s, I think they pull off the car pretty good!

Every time I see that spoiler, I start liking it less and less. :frowning: Just losing my interest in that style spoiler. Everything else, though, is on point. Car sounds great. I want more vids of this in action.

Good to see you went with the P72 head. Great option, and I prefer it to the B16 head. I’m doing a B18C build this spring with JDM ITR internals. Mine is the SIR-G B18C, not the ITR. So, equivalent to the GS-R, but more power out of the box than the US GS-R. With the high compression goodies of the ITR in a slightly higher compression head, that is the P72, I should be able to get some good numbers out of it. CNC Engine Dynamics, the local tuner, is AMAZING with Hondata, and have pulled awesome numbers, and useable powerbands out of similar builds.

I’m hoping to hit in the 180-190whp range for now. A more “elaborate” build is down the road. Just want to get it where I’d like it to get better on the track. I don’t want to be faster because the CAR is faster. I want to be faster because I MAKE the car faster. After this conservative build, its time to get a new car to beat around in and work on buying a home.

Props on the build. I’ve been loving the numbers and torque curves I’ve seen out of 2.0 builds with those Rocket cams. Really has me thinking of going that route.

 x 1,000,000.

Eff the P72 head…

lol

Thanks Jake! Yeah the spoiler is growing more and more on me but in the other direction  haha

I went with the P72 head because of the slightly higher CR and the design of the intake runners, the head was fully ported and polished from Conbustion Contraption in California before he closed up shop. I honestly was hoping for around 220ish WHP but I got a little surprise when it was actually going on the rollers! Mine is tuned on Crome, I use to have the Hondata system but Rich said the only one that is worth it is the S300 so I ditched my S200 with his advice because he knows WAY more about tuning then I do.

Rocket no longer makes cams :frowning: ,so if you want some you would have to get them used, the Pro Series by Skunk2 always seem to pull down some impressive numbers!

Awesome power for NA!!! :] That must be a very fun car. I’m totally jealous!

Hahaha thanks man! Yeah that Dyno is known to read low too, I’m thinking about going to a different shop and seeing what kind of numbers it actually puts down!

I like the Hiro, and yeah it did kind of had to grow on me as well.

Well bad news, the stock B20 sleeves didn’t like high RPM for too long so the #1 wall cracked… new sleeved block is in the works though :ok:

230-40 are b20v sweet spots.

:frowning: your car is hella clean man. within the next two weeks or so im picking up my b20 soon for my db1. i got my chipped ecu by rich and he does the job last time i was there he was tuning a ek hatch with a b16 boosted on his dyno. next g2 meet ill have to meet ya.
