There’s a place in town I can get a catback exhaust for about $90. I’m not sure how this quality will rank up to something like GReddy or DC, but my friend got exhaust and at least it doesn’t drag on the ground. Anyway:
I was thinking about getting a 2.5 inch piping all the way back from the cat to a 2.75-3 inch tip. Should I get this, or should I get something from a company like DC or Greddy? What size piping should I get?
I’ve got a greddy cat back with 2.5 piping all the way back to maybe a 4 inch tip. I also have airmass headers and a high flo cat. It’s loud as hell and it’s seems like just the right amount of back pressure. Before i put the nos in i ran a 15.845 at 88.05 mph at cecil county dragway with just that and a short ram air.
I work at a performance/audio shop in west chester pa, part time. If you want I can get a price for you. We can get pretty much cat back on the market. We have accounts with pretty much everyone. It all depends what kind of sound you want. Let me know and i’ll get back to you.
There are two that i know of that are deep and still loud. One is a hayame which is the lower tone of the two. The other is the greddy i think sp which is the one i have. it’s low and loud and it didn’t get raspy until i put the airmass headers on it
well i kno from the sound of the manufactures u guys r talkin about cash might be a prob…but i went all out and got the hiper from hks…has a deep low sound maybe too loud for sum but i really like it heres a pic…ill have more on soon…
