The easiest fix is to replace the ignition power switch a.k.a back part or bottom part that screws off. It took about 20mins do so and test everything. I post instruction on how do so little on tonight when time is permitted. I just wanted to post it on the boards because while during a search I saw it was common problem. See Yeah.
