FM on stereo does not work.

Hey,

I just got an integra, and it has the original acura cassette stereo. I dont have any cassettes so Im trying to manage with just the radio until I get a cd player, but only the AM works, and the FM sometimes cuts in and out.

Is it the stereo or something to do with the antenna?

If the AM works but there is a problem with the FM, the problem is in the HU itself, [FM tuner pack], if there was any kind of problem with the ant. the AM would be effected first.

If the FM cuts in and out it is probably nothing more then a cold solder connection someplace in the FM tuner pack.:uhoh:94
