I just installed new fog bulbs in my stock fog lights and evrytime i try to turn them on the fog fuse blows i my fog fuse is a 15amp and i tried puting a 30 amp but that blew too is there anyway to correct this or are there any aftermarket fog bulbs anyone can recommend ? Also does anyone know where i can get yellow fog bulbs or the yellow caps that come with the one piece headlights?
heh… yah bro either you wired them wrong or you hook up the wires wrong… take the fogs out make sure you did them right and make sure the wires are not touching anything.
check the wires inside the fog housing(right behind the rubber seal), maybe you got one loose or one that isn’t insulated.
BTW, what you did with your 30A is dangerous. fuses are there to protect the circuits when there’s too much current in it, so putting a bigger fuse could result in wire melting and/or fire. If the stock rating fise blows, there’s a problem so investigate it!
If you want yellow fogs, go to a junk yard and get the yellow lenses of a 89-92(not exactely sure here) Acura Legend.
